Santa Monica : 2 Named to Planning Board

The City Council has appointed Bob Sullivan and Leslie Lambert to fill two vacancies on the Planning Commission.

Sullivan is chairman of the Santa Monica Realty Board and was a planning commissioner in the 1970s. He replaces Russ Latimer, a retired city employee and neighborhood activist who is moving to San Diego. Sullivan’s term will expire June 30.

Lambert is housing development manager for the city of Pasadena. She has a master’s degree in planning from UC Berkeley and has served on the Rent Control Board for six years. She replaces Larry Israel, a local businessman. Lambert’s term will expire June 30, 1989.
