Thousands of people led by Mayor Edward I. Koch paraded up 5th Avenue on Sunday in an annual memorial to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by a black veterans group
An organizer estimated at least 10,000 marched in the parade sponsored by the 369th Veterans Assn.
