Top Court Site a Landmark

WASHINGTON —
The Supreme Court building was designated a National Historic Landmark on Tuesday in a ceremony celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Constitution. Interior Secretary Donald P. Hodel praised the marble court building for its architectural and legal significance.
