New indictments have been issued against Phoenix Sun guard Grant Gondrezick and two restaurant employees in a drug investigation that resulted in the April 16 indictment of 12 people, including five current and former Suns.

The latest Maricopa County grand jury indictment accuses Gondrezick, a 24-year-old rookie, of transferring or offering to transfer “a quantity” of cocaine to a woman during December or January.

Gondrezick was charged in the original indictment with conspiracy to possess a narcotic drug, transferring or offering to transfer a narcotic drug and attempting to possess a narcotic drug.

Gondrezick was accused of supplying cocaine to Sun guard Walter Davis, who testified before the grand jury and who was not indicted.

Also named in the new indictment were Terrence Patrick Kelly, 30, of Phoenix and Kevin Charles Anolick, 28, of Tempe, Ariz. Each was accused of conspiring to traffic in a narcotic drug. The indictment was returned last Thursday but became public Tuesday after those named were notified.

Kelly was named in the April 16 indictment. Third-year guard Jay Humphries and veteran center James Edwards, along with former players Garfield Heard and Mike Bratz also were charged in that indictment.
