Hollywood Park reported land sale talks.

The twin horse racing and real estate concern said it has received “excellent offers” for property adjacent to its Los Alamitos track and is in “serious negotiations.” In recent times, the company has rejected offers for the property as well as for its entire enterprise, including Hollywood Park track in Inglewood. Auditors last month issued a qualified opinion on Hollywood Park Enterprises and Hollywood Park Operating Co., for violation of a loan covenant to maintain a positive cash flow.
