Iran-Contra Investigation
The contributions to the so-called “freedom fighters” by Coors, Harwood and O’Boyle, and the devious methods used to obtain those payments, reminds me of the days of the “Roaring Twenties” when Texas Guinan, owner and entertainer of her high-priced and overcharging speak-easy, greeted her willing and submissive customers with “Hello, Suckers”--and they enjoyed it.
History has a way of repeating itself.
