Joseph Schillaci has been named president of Six Flags Magic Mountain, the Valencia amusement park. Schillaci had been vice president and general manager at Magic Mountain since April, 1986.
His new appointment comes after Wesray Capital Corp. completed its purchase of Six Flags Corp., which operates amusement parks across the country, from Bally Manufacturing.
Wesray is the firm headed by William Simon, former secretary of the U.S. Treasury Department.
