Vote Opposes F-5s for Honduras
From Reuters
WASHINGTON —
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee today recommended rejection of President Reagan’s proposed $75-million sale of 12 F-5E fighters to Honduras, which critics said would add to militarization in Central America.
