Third Quake Jolts Iran

LONDON — An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale shook southwestern Iran on Tuesday, the Iranian news agency IRNA reported. The agency, monitored in London, said the quake was centered 180 miles southwest of Tehran, adding that it was the third tremor to hit the area over the last few days.
