Mark Spitz, winner of seven gold medals in the 1972 Olympic Games at Munich, was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Santa Clara International Swim Center. Spitz swam for the Santa Clara Swim Club from 1964 to 1969 and is one of 34 Olympians who trained there.
