The families of two children killed in the 1982 “Twilight Zone” film set accident have settled their civil lawsuits against director John Landis and Warner Bros. Inc. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Dana Senit Henry announced that the parents of Renee Chen, 6, and Myca Dinh Lee, 7, have settled for undisclosed amounts in order “to avoid the time, expense, lengthy delay and emotional trauma involved in a trial.” Earlier this week, sources close to the cases revealed that the lawsuits, in which the parents had sought more than $200 million in damages, had been settled for about $2 million per family.
