Three Charged in Hotel Slum Case
Criminal charges involving alleged slum conditions have been filed against the owners of the 42-room Hart Hotel on Los Angeles’ Skid Row, the city attorney’s office said.
Charged in the 31-count complaint were Norman Pezeshkifar, 29, his wife, Elahe, both of Hacienda Heights, and Arsala Gozini, 31, of Santa Monica.
