Cockfight Center Raided
Los Angeles Police Department vice officers of the Harbor Division arrested five men and seized 299 fighting cocks Wednesday in a raid on what they called a major Wilmington breeding and fighting center.
Officers said it was the second time the establishment in the 700 block of Wilmington Boulevard has been raided in the last two years.
Bail for the suspects, who were booked on various charges, was set at $500 each.
