Derailment Shuts Down Capital Subway Service

WASHINGTON —
A freight train derailment on tracks adjacent to Washington’s busy subway line is expected to force thousands of commuters to use emergency shuttle buses Monday. Officials said it could take several days to rebuild 800 feet of subway track ripped up Friday when 21 cars derailed.
