ABC’s “Dynasty” is cited as the “Show That Has Fallen the Farthest,” the network’s Max Headroom is the “Biggest Flash in the Pan,” and its miniseries “Amerika” is tagged “Arguably the Most Boring Miniseries in Dekades ,” according to the current issue of TV Guide, which reviews the 1986-87 TV season. Winners: NBC’s “Hill Street Blues” (“The Julius Erving Award for Classiest Final Season”), ABC’s “Nightline” (“Best Reason to Stay Up Past Your Bedtime”). Among the losers: “The Joan Collins Award for This Year’s Most Overexposed TV Celebrity,” listed as going to that noted letter-turner “VA--A W-I-E.”
