A 7-year-old boy who fell into a public swimming pool after climbing a 12-foot fence around the facility has died. James Mayberry died at Martin Luther King-Drew Medical Center, after a policeman pulled him from the pool at Will Rogers Park, a hospital spokeswoman said.
