Sir Harry Lewis, an American-bred 3-year-old ridden by John Reid, won the $530,000 Irish Derby by three-quarters of a length at The Curragh in Dublin, Ireland.

The winner, a 6-1 shot owned by Howard Kaskel, took to the inside the last two furlongs and held off Naheez, owned by Khalid Al Said.
