Health Care Property Investors Inc., a Costa Mesa real estate investment trust specializing in health care properties, said that it has acquired a 95-bed nursing home in Lake City, Fla., for about $2.6 million.

The trust’s investment portfolio now includes 96 facilities in 26 states with approximately 11,800 beds.
