The Buffalo Bills have offered first-round draft pick Shane Conlan a four-year contract worth just over $1 million, according to a reports in Sunday’s Buffalo News.
The News reported that Conlan, a linebacker from Penn State, was offered a signing bonus of $400,000 and base salaries during the four years that total $650,000. The offer has been presented to Conlan’s agent, Brett Senior.
