Fullerton : 2 Armed Men Hiding in Shrubbery Arrested
Two Anaheim men who were found hiding in shrubbery carrying loaded guns were arrested early Thursday morning on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to commit murder, Fullerton police said.
The two men, Joel Fonseca, 27, and Jose Tamayo, 21, were being held in Fullerton’s City Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail each.
Fullerton police spokeswoman Kitty Jaramillo said the men were arrested in the 1200 block of West Valencia Drive. One of them was carrying a .38-caliber gun and the other a sawed-off shotgun, she said.
Police would not disclose why they were holding the men on suspicion of murder.
