Victim of Fatal Gunshot in Irvine Is Identified
A man found fatally shot in an Irvine parking lot last week was identified Sunday as 25-year-old Alfredo Marin, Irvine police said.
Marin, described as a transient, was found wounded in the rear parking lot of the Northwood Shopping Center at 10:30 p.m. Friday, a police spokesman said Sunday.
He was taken to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, where he was pronounced dead early Saturday morning.
There have been no arrests a homicide investigation is continuing, police said.
