Ballots for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 39th annual prime-time Emmy Awards have been mailed to qualified academy members. Voting members must return their ballots by July 24. Nominees are to be announced July 30. The awards will be broadcast live over the Fox network Sept. 20 from Pasadena Civic Auditorium.
