James R. Kruse has been named vice president and general manager of Schneider Commercial Real Estate’s Anaheim office. Kruse, a former partner in Westin Realty Group, Costa Mesa, was affiliated with Cushman & Wakefield and Robert P. Warmington Co.

Lisa Perrine, former vice president of Cibola Systems Corp., an audiovisual consulting firm in Orange, has been appointed president of the company. David Gales has been named design director and will be responsible for facility and product design development.

Robert E. Rippe, former vice president in charge of builder services, Merrill Lynch Realty, Tustin, has been appointed senior vice president of Pennhill Co.’s commercial division in Orange. Rippe will be responsible for commercial/industrial projects.
