One of six inmates who fled from the Solano County Jail surrendered and two others were recaptured in nearby Vacaville. DeWayne Littlepage, 19, was driven back to the sheriff’s office by a friend a few hours after the breakout, deputies said. He was a suspect in a fatal Vacaville party stabbing. Michael C. Williams, 22, charged with battery against a police officer, and Mark Hawkins, 32, accused of weapons violations and receiving stolen property, were caught hiding in apartment house attics. Among the three still free was Francis Brewer, 26, who is charged with murder, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.
