Elvis Franks, arrested Tuesday in a Cleveland suburb on a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, was given permission to attend the Raiders’ training camp beginning July 29.

On Tuesday, U.S. Magistrate Jack B. Streepy placed Franks on $50,000 personal bond. Normally, that would prevent Franks from traveling outside the court’s jurisdiction, but Streepy lifted the travel restriction Wednesday, providing Franks remains a member of the Raiders.
