Misdemeanor charges against a Fresno man suspected of pimping for a prostitute with AIDS-related complex were dropped when the prospective client refused to testify. Deputy Fresno County Dist. Atty. Jim Opplinger said the truck driver allegedly solicited by the woman declined to return from his Florida home. Reginald McMillan, 33, had been charged with pimping and willfully exposing another to a contagious disease. Fresno police initially wanted McMillan and admitted prostitute Stephanie Smith, 36, charged with attempted murder because she continued to work while aware that she had AIDS-related complex.
