Seoul to Ease Limits on Travel by Koreans

SEOUL, South Korea —
Severe restrictions limiting Koreans’ ability to travel outside the country are to be revised, a Foreign Ministry official said Wednesday.
About 5,000 short-term passports were issued last year for travelers, who by law must be over 50 to apply.
