India Monsoons Kill 10; Game Park Threatened

NEW DELHI —
Monsoon floods killed 10 people in eastern India on Wednesday and inundated most of a national park, threatening hundreds of rare one-horned rhinoceros.
The deaths raised the recent monsoon flood toll to about 110 people in Assam, Bihar and West Bengal states.
