A man believed to be an accomplice of University of North Carolina running back Derrick Fenner in a drug-related slaying last May was arrested by Washington, D.C., police.
Tyrone Anthony Davis, 21, wanted on first-degree murder charges in Hyattsville, Md., was arrested as a fugitive.
Davis and Fenner are accused in connection with the shooting death of Marsellus Leach, 19, of Hyattsville, last Memorial Day weekend.
