Man Left Tied on Tracks Decapitated by Train

NAPLES, Italy —
A 31-year-old Italian was decapitated by a train after unknown killers tied him up and left him on the railroad tracks, police said Saturday.
The body of Giuliano Tommaso, a mechanic, was found on tracks near Naples on Friday night. Investigators said he had no known links to the Mafia and no criminal convictions. “We have no clues at all why he was killed. It is a complete mystery,” an official said.
