Share

The Beverly Hills Medical Plaza, in the planning stages for the past 10 years, has broken ground at 150 N. Robertson Blvd., with completion targeted for next summer.

The $14-million facility has been designed as a 70,000-square-foot, three-story granite and glass structure and is being developed by Eldorado Land Development. Sumitomo Construction is the contractor, with financing by Sanwa Bank of California, arranged by Financial Bancorp.

Special design features include a drive-through covered entry for easy access off Robertson Boulevard. Full services planned for the plaza include a pharmacy and gift shop, automated bank teller, postal services and restaurant.
