Peace Plans for Central America
Regarding the news about the five Central American presidents meeting to reach an agreement that would put an end to the war in that area, I cannot understand the statement from the White House that President Reagan may not approve of it because it does not meet his requirements for remaking the Nicaraguan government. His requirements? Sounds to me as if he were talking about his ranch in Santa Barbara.
