Unions Cause Loss of Jobs

In the July 26 story, “Auto Workers See Coming Talks as Fight for Survival,” the last line says it all! A General Motors employee is quoted as saying: “The only thing we can do now is back our union.”

I wonder if those employees ever gave thought to the fact that the reason they were losing jobs at GM was because “their union” continually demanded more and more, and now GM is going to get by on less and less.

If your car is nearly out of gas, you don’t drive faster to the next gas station.
