A mild winter, cheap gasoline and a weaker dollar are expected to encourage heavy park use, said Yosemite Superintendent Jack Morehead. The new lots are being looked at in Yosemite Valley, the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias and Tuolumne Meadows.
