The fledgling Fox Broadcasting Network Wednesday announced its fall lineup of programming, featuring two new weekend series and omitting “Down and Out in Beverly Hills” and “Karen’s Song.” The lineup, scheduled to hit the airwaves Sept. 26-27--one week after the Emmys broadcast on Fox--adds “Second Chance,” a comedy starring Kiel Martin as a ghost given a second chance to live, and “Women in Prison”--another comedy about women behind bars. “Second Chance” will air on Saturday nights at 9, while “Women in Prison” shows Sunday nights at 8:30. “Duet,” which aired last season in “Women in Prison’s” time slot, will move to Saturday nights at 9:30. The other lineup change has “The Tracey Ullman Show” moving to 9 p.m. Sundays.
