R. H. Estates : Constitution Ceremony
The city will mark the 200th anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution with a bronze plaque on the City Hall lawn at Palos Verdes Drive North and Crenshaw Boulevard. The plaque will be surrounded by red, white and blue flowers.
The display will be unveiled on Sept. 17 at 12:30 p.m. with patriotic music by the Treble Makers, a 30-voice women’s barbershop chorus.
