About 30 Tustin residents were evacuated after 20 gallons of an odorless but toxic pesticide dropped from a truck, a Tustin police spokeswoman said. Several streets near the intersection of Pasadena and McFadden avenues were closed from 3:50 to 6:30 p.m., when the pesticide was removed by firefighters. There were no reports of illness. The evacuation included half a dozen homes and residents of a nearby condominium complex.
