Kraig A. Westra has been named president, CEO and a director of Los Angeles-based Community Bank, a 12-branch institution catering to small- and medium-sized businesses.
Westra is a former executive vice president and treasurer of Security Pacific Corp., Los Angeles, parent of Security Pacific National Bank. Most recently, he served as president of First Security Bank of Utah, that state’s largest financial institution.
