Work Completed on Carver Center

Carver Towne Center, a $21.5-million project of Carver Development Co. of Newport Beach, has been completed in the University Towne area of San Diego, on Noble Drive at the San Diego (405) Freeway.
The 120,000-square-foot structure was designed by Langdon, Wilson & Mumper of Newport Beach; Nielsen Construction Co. of San Diego was the construction manager/contractor. Financing is being provided through Wells Fargo Bank.
