Wildlife rangers have captured a cream-colored crocodile, the first known albino crocodile found in the wild, the Australian Associated Press said Tuesday. Two other albino crocodiles are in captivity in Australia and Japan, the agency said.

The 13-foot saltwater crocodile, about 40 years old, was taken alive by conservation commission rangers from the McArthur River, 434 miles from Darwin, as part of a program to remove crocodiles from populated areas.
