Scientists Record Quake in Remote Utah Desert

SALT LAKE CITY —
An earthquake shook a remote and uninhabited Utah desert about 70 miles northwest of Salt Lake City on Thursday, University of Utah seismologists said. No one reported feeling the quake, which measured 3.9 on the Richter scale.
