Frank Sinatra has agreed to sing in Brisbane, Australia, 13 years after canceling a performance there, organizers said Tuesday. Sinatra, 71, will perform in January at the closing ceremony of a five-day show to launch a tourist resort on the Gold Coast near Brisbane. In 1974, the American singer abruptly canceled the remainder of his tour and vowed never to return to Australia after repeated clashes with journalists.
