VIDEO GUIDANCE: The newest edition of Leonard Maltin’s “TV Movies and Video Guide” has hit the stands--the first time a revision has been published just one year after the previous edition. Lots of 1987 movies are included--such as Woody Allen’s “Radio Days” (it gets three stars). Even though all film buffs who peruse the 1,150 pages will become enraged at some of Maltin’s opinions (what, only two stars for the immensely entertaining “Deathtrap”?!), his guide is the best around--with reliable spellings, timings, dates, directors and video availability listed for almost 18,000 pictures. At $4.95, “TV Movies” is a must for people who want to rent videos more knowledgeably.
