3.8 Quake in Kentucky

WASHINGTON —
A small earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.8 on Richter scale occurred this morning in western Kentucky, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The tremor was reported felt in Paducah and there were reports of broken dishes and windows but no injuries.
