Victorino Damian, a Santa Ana resident, was traveling “at a high rate of speed” at about 3 a.m. Sunday when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the car and it overturned north of the Bristol Street off ramp, CHP dispatcher Stacia Lundquist said.
