Santa Ana : Inter-College Research Available at Santiago
Through its new inter-college research center, Rancho Santiago College can now extend its educational research beyond its own campus.
The school can research literacy services throughout Orange County, conduct high school articulation surveys, and measure student goal satisfaction for community college students enrolled in reading and writing courses in 47 of California’s 106 public community colleges.
“Now we can do inter-college research. We can attract government funds and can undertake projects that can benefit other colleges,” public information officer Henry Kertman said.
The primarily government-funded center has received more than $100,000 for 1987-1988 research projects.
