School Bus in Fiery Collision; 35 Children Escape
Associated Press
ST. LOUIS —
A school bus filled with children struck a car on an interstate highway Monday, causing a fiery chain collision that killed one motorist, officials said.
A 9-year-old boy was credited with helping to get the 35 children off the burning bus, officials said, and there were no serious injuries among them.
Officials said the bus ran into the rear of a car, causing the car’s fuel tank to catch fire, and the driver of the car was killed.
