4.6 Dominican Quake

WASHINGTON —
An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale rattled the Dominican Republic outside the capital of Santo Domingo at 5:13 a.m. today, the U.S. Geological Survey said. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
