A 67-year-old Westminster man has died from head injuries received in August when he was hit by a car.
Toan-Duc Luong died Friday night at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, the Orange County coroner’s office said. Luong was riding his bike westbound in the 9500 block of Bolsa Avenue, just west of Ward Street, when he was hit by a two-door Toyota and thrown about 50 feet, a coroner’s spokeswoman said.
Westminster police said Saturday that they will review the accident to determine whether charges should be filed against the driver of the car.
