What an amazing accomplishment, crossing a continent using only the power of the sun (Metro, Nov. 8).
I think we should transfer the money spent on “Star Wars” to this team. Eliminating the world’s dependence on Middle Eastern oil seems a greater stride for peace than research for particle beam weapons.
